A fine 18th century wrought-iron fire basket. The serpentine fire basket set over a pierced engraved fret with enclosed palmette detailing between cyclindrical standards on urns, bulbous urn finials uppermost.
Rear elements consist of penny-rivet to wrought side-plates, rivet-work grill, bevelled fire back and scrolled rear legs. Restored.
