American Empire Brass & Wrought Andirons Fire Dogs. The ribbed and faceted finials are supported over spurred layered legs on ball feet. This design of leg is an earlier design, late eighteenth century. The rear log supports can be adjusted to fit the fire chamber if required. Possibly from Pennsylvania. Unrestored. Circa 1830
