A fine 18th century cast and wrought-iron Neo-classical period fire grate. This grate has a decorative cast-iron front with bead, oval and flute detailing holding a semi-circular fire basket with polished wrought-iron fire bars. Tapered legs with urn finials uppermost and urn feet. Rear elements include a circular rivet-work grill and wrought-iron legs. Fully restored.
