A Magnificent English Polished Wrought & Cast-Iron Fire Grate with Eagles

A large English polished wrought and cast-iron fire grate in the manner of Robert Adam. The openwork shaped fan-fronted basket is flanked by winged eagles, over wrought circles with claw and ball feet. The beaded arched fire back with bluebell drops in between radiating sunburst bars centred on a sunflower. Restored.
